ARC SW carried out the whole Plumbing, Heating and Electrical installation at Treetops.

The owner of this home was contemplating the installation of FREE Solar Panels after seeing a few of the neighbours having Free installations. We advised of how owning the system out right may sound like an expensive alternative but will offer benefits and advantages above and beyond those of the Free systems. The installation was completed in 1 day!

The owners of this property had an installation of Solar Panels on their main residence by ARC SW in November 2011. After seeing the production of electricty and potential returns from this they decided to invest in Solar Panels for a property that they currently Let. With a goal of 4kW we designed a system that utilised both the existing main roof and the Flat roof. With the Solion Roof mounting system we were able to install 7 panels without making any penetrations to the flat roof.

The owner of this property approached ARC SW looking to learn more about current feed in tariffs (FiT) and incentives. He was surprised to learn that even after the government cuts to FiT’s, he could have a system with a 7.5 Year Payback. Although he was unable to fit more than 8 Panels on his South West facing roof, ARC SW explained that he could install a split system to increase his generation of electricty.

This Heat Pump will provide all space heating requirements for the commercial unit which is currently used as a Physiotherapy Centre. Originally the Unit was heated by a Gas Boiler.

Our customer approached us wanting to take full advantage of the current feeding tariff by installing a solar system. Using Panasonic Solar Modules and Enecsys Micro Inverters the home has one of the most modern and efficient systems available.
